Job summary

Distribution International is hiring a Machine Operator to safely produce laminated products per customer work orders. You’ll operate up to two manual machines, adjust blades and spray settings, and ensure quality dimensions while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The role requires 18+ years old, 2+ years in manufacturing, and preferred forklift experience. Local travel and safety training are part of the job duties with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing work environment.
• Prior forklift experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of good attendance and being on time according to work schedule.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate lamination and related equipment per job orders.
• Understand purchase orders and product descriptions to determine manufacturing requirements.
• Set up or change over machines for new jobs; make adjustments as needed.
• Follow Lock Out/Tag Out safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Lift heavy objects and assist with loading/unloading; perform general housekeeping.
