Job summary

Distribution International in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Machine Operator to safely produce quality products in a team setting within our Fabrication business. You will operate up to two manual machines (e.g., lamination setup) following work orders, perform blade changes, and ensure dimensions meet specifications.

The role requires basic forklift experience and at least two years in manufacturing, with a HS diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license required if operating a Company Vehicle.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing work environment.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of good attendance and being on time according to work schedule.
• Education: High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate lamination and other manual equipment to meet customer work orders.
• Cross-train on various aspects of lamination machine operation.
• Set up or change over machines for new jobs and adjust blades and settings.
• Ensure finished product meets dimensions and quality requirements; report defects.
• Follow Lock Out/Tag Out safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Participate in safety training and daily housekeeping tasks; perform duties as assigned.
