Job summary

Katalyst CRO is seeking a production operator to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on operating equipment, inspecting products, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to safety regulations.

Responsibilities include following maintenance schedules, handling paperwork, and supporting continuous improvement in a high-speed production environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and prefer 1+ year manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Basic computer keyboard and navigational skills including Microsoft Office.
• Good interpersonal skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment according to preventable maintenance schedule.
• Clean machines and immediate work area.
• Produce, visually inspect and package product.

• Conduct inspections and process tests.

• Respond to and reset alarms as needed.

Perform operations maintaining product quality and production levels. Work as a team member for maximum effectiveness. Responsibilities include product inspection, operating equipment, raw material/finished goods movement and cleaning /sanitizing. Monitor machine functions and attempt to detect any conditions that are or are becoming out of control. Ensure compliance with Client quality systems, policies, procedures and practices and all local, state, federal and Client safety regulations, policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: 1+ year experience working in a manufacturing environment and/or experience working for Client or Client.
