Job summary

Distribution International is hiring a Machine Operator in our Fabrication division. You will safely produce quality products per work orders in a team environment, with cross-training on multiple lamination and related machines.

The role requires setting up equipment, making adjustments, and ensuring adherence to quality specs. The position emphasizes safety, proper procedure, and timely completion of tasks while maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a Company Vehicle.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Proven attendance and punctuality according to schedule.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• This is a Safety Sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Operate lamination/machining equipment safely to meet customer work orders.
• Set up/change over machines for new jobs and adjust blades or spray guns.
• Ensure product dimensions and quality meet requirements; report issues promptly.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and follow Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
