Position Summary:

The QC Machine Operator is responsible for operating inspection equipment to check camera lens components for defects, cleaning and preparing parts for final assembly, and documenting inspection results accurately. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong focus on precision, cleanliness, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate quality control machines and optical inspection tools to examine camera lens parts for defects or irregularities
2. Perform visual inspections and measurements according to company specifications
3. Clean lenses and components using approved tools and methods
4. Record and document inspection results clearly and accurately in computer systems
5. Identify and report any quality issues to the supervisor or engineering team
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment
7. Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a quality control, machine operation, or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Basic computer skills to input and track inspection data
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical documents
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom or lab-like environment
