Position Summary:

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various equipment to ensure efficient and accurate completion of production tasks.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Operate and monitor production lines, managing materials and ensuring product quality. Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
2. Perform maintenance, housekeeping, troubleshooting, and sanitation. Maintain a clean work area and expedite repairs with maintenance staff.
3. Collaborate with team members to deliver results and address issues appropriately.
4. Monitor system performance, conduct quality control, perform changeovers, and keep accurate records of operations and downtime.
5. Communicate with managers and colleagues to resolve problems and follow directions, utilizing computer-based systems.

Position Requirements:

1. Preferably hold a Bachelor's Degree in Heavy Machinery, Operations, or related fields.
2. 1-3 years of experience in machine operation and manufacturing environment are desired.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. Knowledge of machine capabilities and limits for optimal performance.

Base Pay Range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour.
