Responsibilities include:

1. Reading and understanding blueprints, relating dimensions to CNC machine programs.
2. Using basic mathematics and trigonometry knowledge.
3. Operating precision measurement tools such as micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators, and specialty gauges.
4. Performing quality checks following control points plans and recording results.
5. Ensuring final product quality for customers.
6. Setting up machines and robots, including tooling and fixture alignments.
7. Managing CNC operations of horizontal machining centers, turning centers, saws, and robotics.
8. Understanding and writing programming code for equipment and robotic recipes.
9. Troubleshooting during setups.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• At least 1 year of machining experience.
• At least 1 year of CNC experience.
• Intermediate blueprint reading skills.
• Experience with precision measurement tools.

Additional Information:

Starting pay rate: $19.55/hour + $0.75/hour night shift premium

Night Shift: M-TH, 8 pm - 6 am

Must be able to work overtime, including weekends.

Summary Pay Range:

$19.55 - $25.35
