Kelly Professional & Industrial is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator to join a premier manufacturing client in Rincon, GA. You will set up, operate, and maintain packaging machines, inspect products for quality, and move materials as part of your daily duties.

This role requires experience operating packaging or production machinery, the ability to stand for long periods, and lifting up to 55 lbs. You must be able to work 6pm-6am Monday-Friday with occasional overtime on weekends and wear

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21.00 per hour

Shift: 6-6 days, 21 hr

What’s a typical day as Packaging Machine Operator? You’ll be:

• Setting up, operating, and maintaining various packaging machines (including shrink-wrap and automated equipment)

• Inspecting packaged products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards

• Handling and moving materials to and from packaging machines

• Performing basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

• Maintaining a clean and safe work area while adhering to all safety protocols and company policies

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have proven experience operating packaging or production machinery (REQUIRED)

• Are comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 55 lbs

• Can work a 6pm-6am Monday-Friday - available for occasional overtime on weekends (REQUIRED)

• Are able to reach, climb, stoop, kneel, or crawl as needed

• Own or are willing to wear steel toe boots (REQUIRED)

• Can provide a current resume reflecting relevant experience
