Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Manufacturing Operators for a leading manufacturer in Dresser, WI. This is a great opportunity for candidates with machine operating, production, warehouse, packaging, printing, food production, woodworking, or other industrial equipment experience. In this role, you’ll support experienced machine operators while learning specialized manufacturing equipment and processes. What You’ll Do as a Manufacturing Operator

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment including punch press, press brake, and turret machines

What You Need to Bring to the Manufacturing Operator Role

• At least 6 months of experience operating machines, equipment, or production lines in any manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, printing, food production, woodworking, construction, assembly, or industrial environment preferred
• Experience operating any type of machinery or equipment is encouraged and will be considered
• Must be able to work with blueprints, work instructions, and production documents
• Must have basic math and measurement skills
• Must be comfortable using hand and power tools and also measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, or gauges
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new machines and processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
