What You Need to Bring to the Production Worker / Machine Operator Role

• Previous Machine Operating experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Skill in reading a tape measure accurately
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for a 10-hour shift
• Previous manufacturing or woodworking experience is helpful but not required – entry-level candidates welcome
