• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership experience or the ability to lead, train, and develop team members
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Ability to follow verbal and written work and safety instructions, operate a forklift, work collaboratively with team members, and work overtime as needed
