Qualifications

• Must be able to run various fabrication work centers including press brakes, milling, laser and specialty equipment.
• Ability to interpret setup instructions and read blueprints/drawings.
• Strong reading, math, and measurement skills for precise fabrication and tolerances.
• Experience with verifying specifications and addressing production issues.

Responsibilities

• Study setup instructions and follow supervisor directions.
• Fabricate, adjust, operate, and be proficient with fabrication equipment.
• Read blueprints, parts lists, and sketches; interpret measurements.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform repairs as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe working environment and ensure inventory is replenished.
