Job summary

Marion Body Works in Town of Marion, WI, is seeking full-time operatives to fabricate a variety of products using manual and computer-aided equipment. You will be responsible for reading blueprints, interpreting setup instructions, operating multiple fabrication centers, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification is a plus, and be capable of working independently within a fast-paced environment to meet production

Qualifications

• Must be able to proficiently run the following work centers: Press Brakes, Milling, Laser, Specialty Equipment.
• Professional oral and written communication skills.
• Basic shop math and measurement accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Study and interpret setup instructions.
• Read blueprints and sketches; interpret measurements.
• Operate and adjust CNC/MA machines and tooling.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Ensure safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Prioritize work to match production schedule.
