What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform real-time operations of distributed asset power generation technologies in the Remote Operations Center
- Interface with multiple parties to identify, diagnose, and resolve site operations and maintenance problems
- Assist with predictive analytics for proactive monitoring of power generation and renewable energy assets
- Schedule and coordinate operator schedules, including holidays and overtime
- Develop and maintain compliance standards and procedures for site-specific projects and the Remote Operations Center

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma required
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
- Basic knowledge of NERC responsibilities and power plant systems and processes
- Previous operations experience related to renewable energy technologies (e.g., Battery Storage, Solar, Wind)
- Team leadership experience and knowledge of technology and project management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate Degree, certificate, or trades/vocational experience preferred
- Experience in a Lead Operator role
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction and constructability practices and principles
- Familiarity with monitoring and diagnostics in energy systems
- Proven ability in driving engagement and building effective teams
