Custom Aire Inc. is a family-owned HVAC contractor serving residential, commercial, and industrial clients in Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, and surrounding areas for over 55 years. We offer solutions including ductwork, metal fabrication, HVAC heat pumps, air handling units, ventilation, heaters, boilers, air conditioning, and indoor air quality.

We are seeking a Lead HVAC Installation Technician to join our team.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm, with overtime as needed.

Duties:

• Install HVAC units for residential and commercial clients.
• Travel to job sites, coordinate with install team, and communicate schedule to customers.
• Work occasional nights or weekends.
• Maintain company vehicle and equipment.
• Obtain customer signatures and payments upon job completion.
• Document installed equipment with details and photos.
• Participate in training on industry technologies.
• Identify opportunities for additional business.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Show leadership and responsibility.
• Maintain a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of sheet metal practices.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable record.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• 5+ years HVAC installation experience; 2+ years in a lead role.
• Knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to attend training and work extra hours.
• Leadership qualities and positive attitude.
