Overview
Our client is a stable manufacturing operation seeking a CNC Machine Operator to support ongoing production on second shift. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with CNC exposure who takes pride in quality, safety, and consistency. We are seeking CNC Machine Operators for our 2nd and 3rd shifts. 2nd shift: 1:30pm-9:30pm M-F; 3rd shift: 9:30pm-5:30am Su-Th.
Job Details
- Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes, drill presses, and other production equipment
- Perform in-process and final inspections using basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges)
- Deburr and finish machined parts as required
- Follow work orders, prints, and standard operating procedures
- Make minor machine or offset adjustments and escalate complex issues to the Lead
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and support general shop upkeep
- Assist with additional production tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ year of CNC or manufacturing experience preferred
- Familiarity with CNC offsets and basic setup adjustments
- Ability to read drawings and follow detailed instructions
- Comfortable using hand tools and precision measuring equipment
- Reliable work history and willingness to learn (training available for the right candidate)
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $20 - $29 per hour
