Job summary

Schwan's Company is hiring for a full-time production role in a food manufacturing environment. You will set up equipment, monitor line speeds and batch rates, perform quality checks, and complete required records. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience.

Benefits include health plans, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. Shift: second from 2 pm to 12 am with a $1.50 differential on top of base pay, starting at $19.75/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Able to work in cold/hot temperatures and overtime or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and pre-run equipment to ensure proper start-up.
• Control line speeds and production rates; manage equipment start/stop.
• Perform quality checks and ensure product safety standards.
• Complete downtime, HACCP and safety paperwork as required (SAP SOPs).
