Job summary

Schwan's Company in Kentucky is hiring for a manufacturing role in a food production environment. The position offers starting pay of $21.50 per hour, plus a $1.50 shift differential for hours 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., and a full-time schedule.

You will set up equipment, control line speeds, perform quality checks, and complete required paperwork using SAP SOPs. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year of manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold or hot temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and pre-running the equipment to ensure proper production start-up.
• Controlling line speeds, batch formula production rates, starting and stopping equipment, and overall product quality and safety.
• Responsible for various quality checks.
• Completing all required paperwork (for example: downtime, HACCP, etc., utilizing SAP SOP’s Safety operation training as appropriate).
