Machine Operator II – Decking Department A Crew and B Crew

Location: Arkansas Plant, 6401 Thibault Rd, Little Rock, AR 72206, USA

Responsibilities

• Put safety first – always.
• Work as a team to drive our people‑first culture.
• Operate in a safe and efficient manner, including proper Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
• Perform housekeeping duties to keep the plant safe.
• Conduct quality control checks on product during production to ensure specifications and standards are met.
• Deliver raw materials to process lines at a rate that meets production goals.
• Be forklift certified with proper vision, hearing, and motor skills.
• Operate forklift and other equipment (e.g., grinders, mills, hand tools) safely.
• Operate production‑classified machinery appropriate for each product movement or job duty.
• Control production line processes, monitor operations, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments when necessary.
• Perform special processes and projects as required by leadership.
• Work 12‑hour shifts, standing for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comply with PPE requirements at all times.

Experience

Preferred experience with bulk materials, chemical systems, or extrusion processes. General manufacturing experience is also acceptable.
