Trex is seeking a Machine Operator II for the Decking Department at our Arkansas Plant in Little Rock. The role emphasizes safety and efficiency, including conducting quality control and operating various machinery.

The ideal candidate should have experience with bulk materials or chemical systems, and be able to operate forklifts. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) match, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience with bulk materials, chemical systems, or extrusion processes.
• General manufacturing experience is also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a safe and efficient manner, including proper Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
• Conduct quality control checks on product during production.
• Deliver raw materials to process lines at a rate that meets production goals.
• Control production line processes and troubleshoot issues.
• Work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
