Trex Company is seeking a Machine Operator II to safely and efficiently operate production equipment, ensuring quality while supporting 12-hour production shifts in our Arkansas facility. The role requires attention to detail, familiarity with IFix/Computer systems, and the ability to handle raw materials to keep the line running smoothly.

Candidates should have prior manufacturing experience, be willing to work long shifts, and comply with PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to perform duties with attention to safety and quality.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for 12-hour shifts.
• Must be forklift certified and able to operate related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate production equipment and monitor processes to meet quality standards.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe work environment.
• Deliver raw materials to production lines to support output goals.
• Perform quality control checks during production.
