Join Trex as a Maintenance Tech II to support production equipment repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance. This role is a key member of our Operations team and will start on a 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM day shift before transitioning to 12‑hour shifts.
Responsibilities

- Maintain and repair all mechanical and electrical systems on‑site.
- Troubleshoot programmable logic controls and understand ladder logic.
- Perform metal fabrication, machining, and welding as required.
- Support engineering in improving and implementing new products and processes.
- Maintain housekeeping to ensure a safe and presentable plant.
- Participate in additional duties as directed by the department lead or manager.
Experience & Qualifications
• 2‑4 years of Industrial Maintenance Experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and welding experience.
• Associate degree in industrial maintenance is a plus.
• Proven ability to wear required PPE, lift at least 50 pounds, and attend off‑site training (1‑2 weeks per year with notice).
