Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Experience with power tools preferred.
  • Blueprint reading preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year operating machines in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare machines for the production program by tooling and parametrization according to work order information.
  • Check production status within and between sequences and act on deviations.
  • Operate and control machine/production processes following documented procedures.
  • Inspect manufactured parts, identify defects, discard defective parts, and follow protocol.
  • Support maintenance in repair, downtime prevention, and machine inspections.
  • Follow safety and production rules and use PPE at all times.

  • Prepare machines for the production program by tooling and parametrization according to work order information
  • Check production status within and in between each production sequence and take action in case of deviations
  • Perform operations while controlling machine/production processes and follow documented procedures and processes
  • Inspect manufactured parts, identify defects, discard defective parts, and follow proper protocol
  • Support maintenance in the repair, prevention of downtime, and inspection of machines
  • Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communication in English
  • Ability to operate medium complex machinery in a manufacturing environment
  • Good visual acuity
  • Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
  • Experience working with power tools (preferred)
  • Ability to read Blueprints (preferred)
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience of operating machines in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
