Job summary

Jobtailor in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a diligent machine operator to prepare machines by tooling and parametrization per work orders, monitor production, and take corrective actions as needed.

You will inspect parts for defects, discard nonconforming items, and support maintenance to prevent downtime while following safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Clear communication in English.
• Ability to operate complex machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Good visual acuity.
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Experience working with power tools (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints (preferred).
