Experis is hiring a Machine Operator II for our Marlborough, MA facility on the 1st shift (Mon-Thu 5:15 AM–3:45 PM; potential Friday OT). You will operate manufacturing equipment per SOPs, monitor performance, assist with maintenance, and ensure GMP-compliant production and accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates have packaging/manufacturing experience and exposure to FDA-regulated environments, with a detail-oriented, team-focused mindset.

Position Overview

• Role: Machine Operator II
• Location: Marlborough, MA
• Shift: 1st Shift
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 5:15 AM to 3:45 PM
• OT: Potential overtime on Fridays
• Rate: $20hr W-2

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment according to SOPs and work instructions.
• Monitor equipment performance and maintain operational logbooks.
• Support preventative maintenance activities.
• Assist with material handling and inventory control.
• Maintain GMP compliance and product quality standards.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
