Job summary

Experis Technology Group seeks an Operator II for 2nd shift in Londonderry, NH. The role is onsite, 3pm–11:30pm, initially three months with potential to convert to a full-time employee depending on business needs and performance.

Responsibilities include operating manufacturing equipment per SOPs, maintaining logs, and ensuring GMP compliance. Overtime is expected, with in-person onsite interviews conducted.

Qualifications

• Monitor functions of equipment and operate per documented procedures including maintaining operational logbooks.
• Provide technicians with symptoms of equipment failures, when required.
• Assist in Preventative Maintenance (PM) following procedures.
• Support material handling as necessary.
• Maintain segregation of materials and lot and/or receiving numbers.
• Adhere to all SOPs including GMP, device history record, hazard communication and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment according to established specifications and SOPs.
• Demonstrate progress learning all equipment in the assigned area.
• Follow supervisor instructions while monitoring the quality of raw and finished goods.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of work-in-process, components, and related documentation.
• Report unsolved problems to supervisor or management during the shift.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly and ensure proper material handling.

RATE: $23.75
SHIFT: 2nd 3pm-11:30pm
WORKSITE: Londonderry, NH (100% onsite only)
DURATION: Initially three months, with the potential for converting to a FTE based on business need, budget approval and performance.
Overtime to be expected.
INTERVIEW PROCESS: In-person onsite interview

• Monitor functions of equipment and operate per documented procedures including maintaining operational logbooks
• Provide technicians with symptoms of equipment failures, when required
• Assist in Preventative Maintenance PM following procedures
• Support material handling as necessary
• Maintain segregation of materials and lot and or receiving numbers
• Maintain area in a clean and orderly condition
• Adhere to and demonstrate compliance to all company and department standard operating procedures including but not limited to: GMP, device history record, hazard communication and safety rules
• Utilize written procedures and training to accomplish tasks noted above
• Accept full accountability for product quality
• Report to supervisor or management unsolved problems encountered during the workday
• Maintain complete and accurate records of work-in-process, component inventories and relative documentation
• Under the direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor, the Machine Operator will operate manufacturing equipment according to established specifications, and standard operating procedures and work instructions. An operator must demonstrate steady progress in learning all equipment and jobs in the assigned manufacturing area.
• He and or she must also exhibit the ability to follow instructions of supervisor while observing the quality of raw and finished goods before, during and after production.
