Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Machine Operator in Lincoln, NH to join the Production Department and Manufacturing Operations Team. Shift is 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Monday–Saturday, with a pay rate of $23.69 per hour.

The role involves operating press production, braid winding, lathe, and related equipment, reading blueprints, performing quality inspections, and recording counts. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, and prior machine operator experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous machine operator experience preferred.
• Ability to read tape measures and use measuring devices accurately.
• Basic math, reading, and English communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., perform repetitive tasks, and use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate press production, braid winding, lathe, crimping, and other manufacturing equipment according to procedures.
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, BOMs, and written instructions.
• Perform quality inspections, identify defects, and record production and scrap counts.
• Adjust machine settings, troubleshoot basic issues, and maintain safety and housekeeping.

What's the Job?

• Utilize hand tools and maintain inventory at workstations while supporting production goals.
