Job summary

JobDiva, Inc. in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Machine Operator to operate manufacturing equipment according to established SOPs and work instructions under the supervision of the Manufacturing Supervisor.

The role emphasizes following supervisor directions and ensuring quality of raw and finished goods throughout production. The position is a contract, 5 months, on the 2nd shift from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Experience in packaging/manufacturing is required.
• Experience in FDA-regulated environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor functions of equipment and operate per documented procedures including maintaining operational logbooks.
• Provide technicians with symptoms of equipment failures, when required.
• Assist in Preventative Maintenance (PM) following procedures.
• Support material handling as necessary.
• Maintain segregation of materials and lot and/or receiving numbers.
• Maintain area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Adhere to and demonstrate compliance to all SOPs including GMP, device history record, hazard communication, and safety rules.
• Utilize written procedures and training to accomplish tasks noted above.
• Accept full accountability for product quality.
• Report to supervisor or management unsolved problems encountered during the workday.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of work-in-process, component inventories, and relative documentation.

Contract Details

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 5 months
• Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM (2nd Shift); potential overtime on Fridays

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor, the Machine Operator will operate manufacturing equipment according to established specifications, standard operating procedures, and work instructions. An operator must demonstrate steady progress in learning all equipment and jobs in the assigned manufacturing area. He or she must also exhibit the ability to follow instructions of the supervisor while observing the quality of raw and finished goods before, during, and after production.

Key Responsibilities

Work Environment / Physical Requirements
