Job summary

All America Threaded Products is seeking a skilled Machine Operator II for our Lancaster, PA facility. The role offers a pay range of $23-$27 per hour plus monthly bonus incentives ($200-$500) and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, disability coverage, and 401(k). This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for advancement based on demonstrated capability.

Training shifts run Monday-Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., followed by a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

Job description

All America Threaded Products has several opportunities available for a skilled Machine Operator II! The pay range for this position is $23-$27 per hour, plus Bonus Incentives ($200-$500 per month). This position is eligible for our full benefits package, including health, dental, life, and 401(k). This is a Full-Time, on-site position at our facility in Lancaster, PA. This is an opportunity for a mechanically inclined operator to develop specialized skills in steel-processing equipment and advance based on demonstrated capability.

Pay Range: $23-$27 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Training Shift: Monday - Thursday from 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Production Shift: Alternating days in a 2-2-3 rotating schedule (week 1 working Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun; week 2 working Wed, Thu, Fri). Candidates must be available to complete training on the Monday-Thursday training shift and transition to the rotating production schedule upon qualification.

Bonus Incentives: $200-$500 per month

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Our Machine Operator II position is our mid-level machine operator position. Machine Operator IIs are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our threading machines and straight cut machines. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Adherence with our safety regulations.
• Documenting quality issues, reporting deviations.
• Material handling, loading, and unloading of machines.
• Basic maintenance including adjusting, lubrication, and set-up.
• Performing quality checks on finished products.
• Setting and operating industrial machines.
