Job summary

All America Threaded Products is seeking a skilled Machine Operator II for our Lancaster, PA facility. The role offers a pay range of $23-$27 per hour plus monthly bonus incentives ($200-$500) and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, disability coverage, and 401(k). This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for advancement based on demonstrated capability.

Training shifts run Monday-Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., followed by a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience working with industrial machinery.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in a physically demanding position.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Proficient using gauges, tape measures, and other basic hand tools.
• Willingness to adhere to warehouse and manufacturing safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate threading and straight cut machines safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to safety regulations and document quality issues.
• Handle materials, loading and unloading of machines.
• Perform basic maintenance including setup, lubrication, and adjustments.
• Carry out quality checks on finished products.
• Set and operate industrial machines.
