Job summary

All America Threaded Products is hiring a Material Handler for our Lancaster, PA facility. This full-time, on-site role offers a starting pay of $21-$23 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, life, and 401(k).

The operator will use sit-down forklifts to stock shelves, load trucks, and support daily operations, with training possible for forklift certification and opportunities for advancement based on demonstrated capability.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification is required.
• Familiarity with a warehouse environment and order fulfilment is a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; safety is a priority.

All America Threaded Products has several opportunities available for a skilled Material Handler! The starting pay for this position is $21-$23 per hour This position is eligible for our full benefits package, including health, dental, life, and 401(k). This is a Full-Time, on-site position at our facility in Lancaster, PA. This is an opportunity for a mechanically inclined operator to develop specialized skills in steel-processing equipment and advance based on demonstrated capability.

Pay Range:

$21-$23 per hour.

Training Shift:

Monday - Thursday from 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Production Shift:

Alternating days in a 2-2-3 rotating schedule (week 1 working Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun; week 2 working Wed, Thu, Fri). Candidates must be available to complete training on the Monday-Thursday training shift and transition to the rotating production schedule upon qualification.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Our forklift operators utilize sit-down forklifts to stock shelves, load trucks, and keep our operation moving. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Keeping safety a top priority while using a forklift.
• Using a scan gun to keep track of inventory.
• Performing basic pre and post operation check on the forklift using a checklist.

Who we are seeking in an applicant:

Forklift certification or forklift experience with the ability to become forklift certified is required. Familiarity with a warehouse environment and order selecting/order fulfilment is a plus. Other qualifications include:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Self-motivated, cooperative team member with a personal commitment to excellence.
• Knowledge and practice of safe working techniques
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Willingness to stand and walk for extended periods of time, also able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products.
• An outstanding attendance record is required.
• Strong attention to detail.
