The role requires at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work overtime. Pay rate is $19.25 per hour with diverse shift options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating manufacturing machinery.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible with overtime and weekend work.
• Good communication and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC-controlled machines such as presses and lasers to cut, punch, form, or finish parts.
• Follow safety rules and maintain quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Read blueprints and specifications to select correct materials and operations.
• Inspect parts and measure for accuracy; document measurements.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and lubrication on equipment.
• Tag parts and maintain accurate part/order identification.
