Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator I at our Shelbyville, IN site. You will set up and operate heavy machinery to perform cutting, forming, and processing tasks while following safety and quality standards.

The role requires at least one year of related manufacturing experience, the ability to read a tape measure, and strong teamwork. Overtime and weekend shifts may be needed to support production. Benefits include full-time hours and on-site work.

Competenze

• Minimum one year of related manufacturing experience.
• Ability to operate manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment and nail guns.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Flexibility for overtime and weekends.
