Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Machine Operator for 1st shift in Tipp City, OH. The role involves setting up and operating heavy machinery to perform cutting, punching, forming and processing tasks in a manufacturing environment.

You will read blueprints, follow specifications, and maintain equipment through preventive maintenance while upholding safety and quality standards. Training and benefits are provided for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Must be mobile with the ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate heavy machinery and related gauges.
• Perform cutting, punching, forming, blocking, and processing operations.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications and technical data.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and lubrication.
• Maintain safety, quality and production standards.
