Job Summary

This position will independently set-up, operate, and troubleshoot one machine/equipment (such as Shear, PNL, Turret, Brake Press, Robotic Cell, Cut-to-Length, Roll Forming/Seaming, Press Lock, Welder/Paint Booth).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up, thread material, and operate independently one machine listed above.
• Follow daily work orders, noting material specifics.
• Assist with other machinery operations under supervision.
• Help with packaging and line end tasks.
• Band and palletize metal coils or sheets, label finished products.
• Perform quality checks for dimensions and weight accuracy.
• Achieve production goals while adhering to safety standards.
• Mount and adjust slitter knives, guide discs, and related machinery parts.
• Adjust machinery based on observations and feedback.
• Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and daily inspections.
• Maintain an orderly work area.
