Machine Operator

Location: Onsite – Kohler, WI

Competitive Compensation: $26.37 - $26.42, plus $1.50 per hour shift premium

Shift: 3rd Shift: 9:00PM - 5:18AM

Responsibilities

1. Program charge types into I-FIX computer system.
2. Operate pneumatic chipping hammers, masonry/brick saws, and perform ladle patch/rebuild with refractories.
3. Manage melt baghouse bag changes, auto-pour furnace chip/patch, melt furnace maintenance, and relining as needed.
4. Operate yard cranes, forklifts (certification required), and conduct load checks.
5. Follow PPE requirements including safety glasses, slip-resistant shoes, respirators, and coveralls.
6. Adhere to production schedules and safety policies.

Qualifications
