Job Responsibilities

Shift hours: 12 HR PM Shift, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Rotating Schedule: 2-2-3 format

Major Responsibilities

• Machine Operation & Maintenance: Operate, monitor, set up, and perform minor repairs on equipment. Coordinate with maintenance for major issues.
• Quality Control: Verify inserts, labels, and pouches; check product quality; document parameters.
• Packaging & Handling: Weigh, operate packaging equipment, load, and seal finished products.
• Additional Responsibilities: Communicate with line staff, manage requisitions and scrap reports, maintain cleanliness, and perform backup duties.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $17.00 - $23.75/hour, varies based on experience and location.

Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more for employees working 30+ hours/week. Additional benefits are available for part-time roles.
