LiDestri Foods, Inc. is seeking a manufacturing operator to safely run machinery with high efficiency while ensuring product quality and compliance with sanitation and safety policies.

The role involves machine setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and maintaining documentation in a fast-paced plant environment. Responsibilities include GMP adherence, SOP execution, cross-training, and reporting any food safety or quality issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Prior machine operation experience is a plus.
• Ability to wear PPE (cap, hair net, ear plugs, gloves, safety shoes).
• Ability to use basic computer and math functions.
• Experience with various hand tools and small equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery including setup, operation, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain GMP standards around machinery and in work area.
• Complete SOPs for equipment in assigned area.
• Cross-train or train on equipment as directed by manager.
• Maintain accurate documentation and proper material handling.
• Report food safety and quality issues to supervisors.
