LiDestri Foods is seeking a dependable machine operator to safely operate packaging and processing equipment, ensuring product quality and adherence to sanitation standards. The role involves setup, operation, changeovers, troubleshooting, and strict compliance with GMP guidelines.

Responsibilities include performing SOPs, training on equipment, maintaining accurate records, handling raw materials, and promoting a safe work environment with strong attendance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior machine operation experience.
• Ability to wear PPE and safety gear.
• Basic computer and math skills for record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery including setup, operation, changeovers, and troubleshooting to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Maintain GMP standards around machinery and in the work area.
• Perform SOPs for machinery in assigned area.
• Cross-train or receive training on equipment per manager instruction.
• Maintain and issue raw materials into work orders.
• Work safely in accordance with company rules and regulations.
• Maintain good attendance and report any food safety or quality issues.
