LiDestri Foods, based in Rochester, NY, seeks a manufacturing operator to safely run and adjust packaging machinery while maintaining high product quality and regulatory compliance. The role requires attention to GMP, safety, and efficient line performance in a fast-paced plant environment.

Main duties include machine setup, operation, changeovers, and troubleshooting, plus adherence to SOPs, documentation, and continuous improvement mindset. Training is available.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior machine operation preferred.
• Ability to wear PPE and safety gear.
• Ability to use basic tools and measurement.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Operate machinery with efficient setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain GMP standards around machinery and work area.
• Follow SOPs for equipment in assigned area.
• Cross-train or train on equipment as directed by manager.
• Maintain accurate documentation and inventory of raw materials.
• Work safely according to company policies and maintain good attendance.
• Report safety and quality issues to the appropriate personnel.
