Job summary

Pratt Industries, Inc. is seeking a full-time Production Operator in Tulsa, OK. You will safely operate production machines, perform setup and clean-up, and suggest efficiency improvements to meet customer demand.

You will maximize equipment usage, improve setup times, and ensure high quality without compromising speed, while maintaining housekeeping and following GMPs and safety rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior work experience in packaging/manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and apply high school math concepts.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines safely, including setup and cleanup, and suggest improvements to meet customer demand.
• Work to maximize equipment utilization, improve setup times and reduce downtime.
• Maintain good housekeeping and ensure quality is not sacrificed for speed.
• Train helpers and assist cross-training on other machines.
• Complete reports accurately, including production data and safety/QC records.
• Follow safety rules, GMPs, and company policies; support plant safety initiatives.
• Be able to work overtime and holidays as needed.
