Kettle Cuisine is seeking a Machine Operator Filling to join our Everett, WA facility. You will handle machine operations, troubleshooting, sanitation, and quality tracking in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or GED, plus 1–3 months of related experience. Availability for overtime and weekend shifts is required. You will train peers and work with teams to meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previouswork experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry
Must be available to work overtime andweekends

The Machine Operator Filling base pay range $20.77 - $20.77/hourly. The listed salary range represents Kettle Cuisine’s good faith estimate for this position and represents the minimum and maximum for new hire salaries for the Everett, WA location only. Ranges will be reviewed on a regular basis. An employee’s rate of pay within the range is determined by their qualifications, relevant experience, and demonstrated performance over time. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. The Machine Operator Filling position is eligible for our comprehensive benefits package.
