Job summary

Kettle Cuisine, LLC. in Everett, WA is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator to operate and maintain packaging lines, perform basic troubleshooting, and support line documentation.

The role requires attention to quality control, safety, and adherence to 5S and changeover checklists. This position offers comprehensive benefits including medical, vision, dental, 401k, PTO, holidays, life and disability insurance, and tuition assistance.

• Operates machines within assigned area. This includes troubleshooting, cleanup, setup, quality control, and waste
• Performs chemical cleaning within assigned area, both on daily turnaround and unplanned intervals.
• Escalates acute and chronic machine and organizational issues to Line Specialist and/or Lead as required. (Bullet 3)
• Supports existing line operation documentation, such as Gemba boards, changeover checklists, 5S, centerlines, and CIL
• Supports new initiatives when required by providing feedback, writing and training others on procedures, and
• Accountable for keeping and maintaining assigned tools.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Pay Range for Packaging Machine Operator

The Packaging Machine Operator base pay range $20.77 - $20.77/hourly. The listed salary range represents Kettle Cuisine’s good faith estimate for this position and represents the minimum and maximum for new hire salaries for the Everett, WA location only. Ranges will be reviewed on a regular basis. An employee’s rate of pay within the range is determined by their qualifications, relevant experience, and demonstrated performance over time. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. The Packaging Machine Operator position is eligible for our comprehensive benefits package.
