Job summary

Kettle Cuisine, LLC. is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator at our Everett, WA site. You will operate packaging machines, perform routine cleaning, and support line documentation while ensuring safe, efficient production and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operates machines within assigned area, including troubleshooting, cleanup, setup, quality control, and waste management.
• Performs chemical cleaning within the assigned area during daily turnaround and unplanned intervals.
• Escalates machine and organizational issues to Line Specialist/Lead when required.
• Supports line operation documentation such as Gemba boards, changeover checklists, 5S, centerlines, and CIL.
• Contributes feedback, writes and trains others on procedures for new initiatives.
• Maintains assigned tools and understands their lifecycle.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Operates machines within assigned area. This includes troubleshooting, cleanup, setup, quality control, and waste

• Supports new initiatives when required by providing feedback, writing and training others on procedures, and
• Accountable for keeping and maintaining assigned tools.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Pay Range for Packaging Machine Operator

The Packaging Machine Operator base pay range $20.77 - $21.77/hourly. The listed salary range represents Kettle Cuisine’s good faith estimate for this position and represents the minimum and maximum for new hire salaries for the Everett, WA location only. Ranges will be reviewed on a regular basis. An employee’s rate of pay within the range is determined by their qualifications, relevant experience, and demonstrated performance over time. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. The Packaging Machine Operator position is eligible for our comprehensive benefits package.
