Job summary

Pratt Industries in Oklahoma is seeking a full-time production operator responsible for safely operating packaging machines, setup, operation, cleanup, and suggesting improvements to meet customer demand. You will follow GMPs, ensure product quality, and help reduce downtime while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior packaging industry experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines safely, including setup and cleanup.
• Follow GMPs and Pratt safety rules.
• Monitor quality, stop defects from reaching customers.
• Improve setup times and reduce downtime.
• Maintain clean working areas and housekeeping.
• Assist and train helpers and other operators.
• Meet production schedules and report status.
