Pratt Industries is seeking a Machine Helper in Raleigh, NC, 1st shift, full-time, hourly. The role supports machine operators, assists in setup and production, and helps maintain quality and safety standards on the line.

Responsibilities include keeping a clean, safe workspace, documenting work, and training crew members as needed. The job requires basic math, communication skills, and willingness to learn to operate different parts of the line.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Strong math/algebra skills.
• Ability to solve problems and think critically.

Responsibilities

• Follow and ensure safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Assist in mechanical setup and running of the machine.
• Ensure orders meet provided specifications.
• Maintain production rates and document data entry.
• Assist in training crew members.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
