Job summary

Responsibilities include accurate machine setup, waste minimization, and maintaining safety and housekeeping standards. Candidates with a high school diploma or GED are preferred, with potential lift truck operation requirements.

Qualifications

• Reading a tape measure with speed and accuracy.
• Excellent communication; speak effectively to employees, managers and customers.
• Ability to interpret operating instructions and manuals.
• Ability to follow procedures and meet safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up folding and gluing operations per setup techniques.
• Minimize waste of sheet stock and glue.
• Operate machine efficiently to maximize output and quality.
• Run various box styles and monitor quality during production.
• Complete required production and safety reports accurately.
