Loparex LLC in Hammond, Wisconsin is seeking a Machine Operator for the 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM shift. Base pay ranges from $21.50 to $26.50 per hour with premiums for night shift, schedule, and extruder operation. Onsite training and growth opportunities are available.

Responsibilities include operating, starting up, changing over, and shutting down the machinery, monitoring quality, and maintaining a clean work area. Must pass pre-employment tests.

• Requires ability to read and write, follow verbal and written instructions, use basic math, take accurate measurements and use hand tools.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, productivity and customers.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Strong interpersonal and team skills.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand/walk for 12 hours.

• Operate the machine; this includes start-up, changeover, shutdown and daily operation.
• Observe and monitor machine for defects during operation.
• Identify and correct problems on machine. Notify appropriate personnel of any operational issues.
• Use computer to enter valid information and to print out roll labels.
• Perform routine quality testing on product.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including the equipment.
• Follow company safety procedures.
• Must have regular consistent attendance.

Machine Operator - 5 pm to 5 am Updated Starting Pay

Our Hammond, Wisconsin factory is looking for both new and experienced Machine Operators to join our team! If you're new to the manufacturing industry, we offer onsite, hands-on training and all team members are eligible for multiple opportunities for growth, learning and development.

Day Shift Schedule:

5:00PM - 5:00AM

• Will start out on Monday - Saturday 5 pm to 5 am working 4 days during the week and will transition to the schedule below in the future
• 2-2-3 Schedule (2 days on Monday-Thursday; Every other Friday-Sunday off)

Base Pay Rate: $21.50 - $26.50 hourly, $19.50 base pay plus premiums based upon the following:

• Night shift premium - $2.00 / hr.
• 2-2-3 Schedule Premium: additional $2.00 when going to that shift
• Extruder Machine Premium: $1.00/hr
• Opportunities for additional pay increases if trained as a secondary or primary operator
