Job summary

Loparex LLC, a leading silicone release liners manufacturer, seeks a Machine Operator in Hammond, WI. The role involves operating, adjusting, and monitoring the production line during the day shift (5:00AM–5:00PM) on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Base pay is $21.50 per hour, with a $2.00 per hour premium; opportunities exist for higher pay with training and advancement. Candidates should have strong safety focus, basic math, and mechanical aptitude, plus ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read and write, follow verbal and written instructions, use basic math.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate the machine including start-up, changeover, shutdown and daily operation.
• Observe and monitor machine for defects during operation.
• Identify and correct problems on machine and notify appropriate personnel.
• Enter information into computer and print roll labels.
• Perform routine quality testing on product.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain regular attendance.
