Loparex LLC in Hammond, Wisconsin is seeking machine operators for the day shift (5:00 AM–5:00 PM) on a 2-2-3 schedule. Base pay starts at $21.50 per hour, with a $2.00 per hour premium for the 2-2-3 shifts, and opportunities for raises if trained as a secondary or primary operator.

You will operate, monitor, and adjust the production line, perform routine quality checks, enter data into the computer, and keep a clean, safe work area.

Competenze

• Must be able to read and write and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for up to 12 hours.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong safety, quality and productivity focus.
• Ability to use basic math for measurements.

Mansioni

• Operate the machine; this includes start-up, changeover, shutdown and daily operation.
• Observe and monitor machine for defects during operation.
• Identify and correct problems on machine. Notify appropriate personnel of any operational issues.
• Use computer to enter valid information and to print out roll labels.
• Perform routine quality testing on product.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including the equipment.
• Follow company safety procedures.
• Must have regular consistent attendance.

Our Hammond, Wisconsin factory is looking for both new and experienced Machine Operators to join our team! If you're new to the manufacturing industry, we offer onsite, hands‑on training and all team members are eligible for multiple opportunities for growth, learning and development.

Day Shift Schedule:

5:00AM - 5:00PM

• 2-2-3 Schedule (2 days on Monday-Thursday; Every other Friday-Sunday off)

Base Pay Rate:

$21.50 hourly, plus premiums based upon the following:

• 2-2-3 Schedule Premium: $2.00 / hr.
• Opportunities for additional pay increases if trained as a secondary or primary operator

• Ability to stand/walk for 12 hours.
